For sunsingers, in PvE and PvP heart of Praxic Fire is great.

I prefer SP for a second fusion in PvP.

Still a good option, can't blame you for that. Personally. I would just use gift of the sun perk for that, but if you want one of the other perks in that row too, be my guest.

Does Voidfang Vestments still grant full grenade energy on spawn while using the other subclasses?

It did 1-2 weeks ago for me. Don't think it changed.
