It's highly ridiculous and unfortunate to see that you have been posting here about this for months. They have no issue creating anything that makes them more money but have a huge issue fixing something for someone who helped test their awfully unfinished game over the first year.
If anyone reads his post please bump it! It takes less than 5 seconds.

What is the way they tell people to get help? Surely there must be something beyond "post on the forums and hope something happens"? No customer service number on the game disc case or anything? This is so beyond ridiculous, it would be crazy if this after everything was the reason I had to ditch this game. I've posted a couple issues now and gotten zero replies at all, I was so excited about the Gunsmith having DIS-47 and PDX-45 and now my gunsmith is glitched out again and thinks I've ordered everything when I haven't and I have no input on how to fix or prevent it. Armsday is literally the highlight of my week at this point I love the unique weapons and chance for God rolls especially on Suros weapons, and yet somehow this is threatened for me and it might be the straw that breaks the camels back.
