The guns are fine. The ammo is the problem. Secondary weapon ammo should only spawn twice a game, you should spawn with 0, and lose it upon death. Whoa, did I just fix most of Crucible's problems?!?

If this is the problems right: [[[[[[[[[[[[[[[[[[[[[[[[ You only fixed this: [

No u just -blam!-ed it up even worse
-
Impossible. Having an auto kill button couldn't screw Crucible up any more than it already is.

Edited by HyperVigiIant: 11/29/2015 7:07:39 AMPeople can just use the Invective and the Icebreaker in Crucible to counter that.
-
Of course if they implemented the change, those perks would only work for PVE.
-
Edited by HyperVigiIant: 11/29/2015 1:49:28 PMThe ammo regeneration is what makes those weapons unique. Bungie didn't remove those perks when they reduced the special ammo last time because the weapons would no longer have perks to make them any different from regular (non-exotic) weapons in PVP.
-
And yet, crucible is still extremely broken. If Bungie has any chance of making destiny pvp viable, they need to limit secondary ammo and remove orb generation.
-
I won't comment on what is 'broken' or what needs to be changed. I just know that Bungie wants the ammo regeneration perks in Crucible, hence why it remained after the special ammo reduction.
-
Bungie wants people to play their game and from the numbers they're releasing , their current methods are failing. I wouldn't be surprised to see some major changes in the next few months, and ammo may be one of them.
-
They might not do anything after the update. We'll just have to see.
-
Nope, you ruined it. That one corner camping shotgunner keeping his ammo and camping ammo spawn the whole game makes it horrible.
-
So you either didn't read my post or you failed to understand it. If they got rid of most of the secondary ammo, your scenario wouldn't occur.
-
Let's say one corner camping one stealth kid waits for special to spawn, and he has the carry special ammo perks. He gets the special, and runs around with it the whole game, killing before others can react. He keeps getting the special. It's an endless cycle. Your solution is horrible.
-
You're assuming a change would keep the secondary ammo spots in the same spot. I'm assuming they would be put in open spaces, possibly on top of where heavy spawns. We don't see people camping heavy and keeping it all game now do we?
-
Yeah. I do. I have heavy most of the game with my Bretomart's Stand and the carry more machine gun ammo perk. Shotguns right now are mainly one hit kill, so ammo isn't expended much without kills in return.
-
No way. If you had heavy all the time, you wouldn't struggle to hit a 1 k/d. I'm calling shenanigans.
-
I started using machine guns a week ago when I got Bretomart's Stand. I used to use rockets.
-
You must have a 9.0 Kd then to stay alive that long
-
The thing is. If you have heavy ammo and others don't, you have the advantage. It would be the same thing with special ammo.
-
You assume that once he has special he is unbeatable.
-
I'm sorry for you kone19ps because you need serious help suggesting something like that
-
What? So once someone has special they are unbeatable? That's so short sighted it's laughable and I need help?
