Glitched Venus spawns
I've noticed that on Venus at the Citadel when the taken start corrupting the land their spawn bubbles will pop but the taken will show up 20-30 feet away from them. this is especially problematic because you have the consumed minotaurs that are invisible and maybe even not spawning on the same level as you.
This can't be intentional, right?

That is actually normal and they should be no higher than a level 40 character.
