For anyone having problems this is what I did:
Start 1.18 update
Pause 1.18 update
Delete 1.18 update
Restart PS4
1.18 update starts again (says it cannot complete at 100%)
Delete 1.18 update
Select Destiny from dashboard, press options button
Select check for update
Update installs
This worked for me.

It's downloading an update of like 85MB or something, that's what I'm getting on my PS4. Hopefully it's ok. [armory][/armory]
