Agonarch Rune will not charge

I've already completed charging my first agonarch rune and ran the final event with my fireteam. My rune was consumed in the process and the next time I killed a hidden taken threat, I received a second empty agonarch rune. So far, so good. Unfortunately, this second rune will not charge. I've killed many of the taken threats on the dreadnaught in the past couple of days and still the rune is at 0/7. I've tried moving to the various different areas and repeating. I even discarded it last night and killed another taken threat to receive a fresh rune but this one is the same. Please help. EDIT: Shameless post bump - Seems others are having the same problem too. EDIT: Still having this issue, as are many others in this thread. Could we please get an official acknowledgement or reply? Thanks. EDIT: Not sure how to get some sort of official attention here. Going to park this until reset just to see if it's a weekly thing, meaning you'd have to use your fully charged rune before Tuesday in order to be able to charge another rune. EDIT: Confirmed. My rune is now charging again. It appears that there is a weekly lockout in that if you complete one rune, you will be unable to add charges to the next rune until after the next reset.
