Im personally going to be playing destiny alot less now because of other game that have come out and are coming out. The next DLC will be make or break for me
-
Year 1 everything garbage now. Year 2 very short but sweet and raid necessary to obtain highest light level. Other than rerunning old missions with taken encounters included not a big " oh shit". More grind to get garbage that won't do nothing come the next DLC
-
This dlc was a huge disappointment there is no reason to even play the game anymore
-
Top because this DLC was fantastic. The only thing I have problems with it the minor bugs that have been in the game since launch. This DLC introduced many different things that we have never seen before. Public Events by demand. Increased Engram Drops. New Enemies that although are just taken versions, they introduced how the difficulty can increase by just a few new enemy abilities. Revamps of the old strikes. The almost glitch-less Raid. (Only one I've seen is the wall breach in Golgoroth fight) Overall, I love this new raid. It's difficulty does not increase with heroic, but instead just adds new components to make the raid more complex. And we still have a challenge mode that is yet to release.

Moving to black ops 3 and fallout 4

Initially after a week or so of playing I would of give TTK an outstanding 9/10. However now the dust has settled and I've completed the new raid normal and heroic it's kinda dawning on me just how little there is to do that is rewarding. So the new level cap is 320. I'm 313 on my warlock with every weapon I need in both modes of the raid. If the raid is the only place I need 320 yet I can complete it at 313, what is the point in grinding for a very slight chance I might get enough gear to hit 320? The old content I still enjoy but why go to the effort of scouring the forums for a team to get items that have no value in year 2? So now I'll give it a pretty poor 6/10.

1 ReplyI was burned out after 2 days so yea it sucked pretty bad
-
3 Replies$40 dollar price tag for...yeah, just about the same content. Made too much old content irrelevant, didn't have us revisit anything and get new, relevant gear. Mostly terrible exotics, and the rest are hidden behind timegates. Still just as few story missions, still hardly explaining anything, an even worse grind, and a terrible RNG system. Pretty solid DLC overall, but those previous aspects make it rather lack luster after a while.

1 ReplyThere is still no PvE activity that makes me want to come back every day... something that changes with each play through and provides some meaningful rewards...

1 ReplyBest DLC evar ~TheGreatNike

Trials was a reskin. Like who tf decides that reskinning the gear would be a good idea?
-
TTK is definitely a step in the right direction, however I do hope they finally pick ONE progression system and stick with it
-
Honestly, having so many weapons available through quests means I don't really have much left to grind for. It's a little disappointing but I still play every day. I like killing

Edited by gameshark8114: 11/10/2015 7:06:45 PMI've moved on the star wars hype train.

There's not enough Fallout 4 in this topic.
Fallout 4!
2 RepliesThey really need to bring year one activities into year two. It's just dumb that we can't use old gear. No reason they couldn't just go back and add infusion nodes on old raid gear.
-
I love everything about it, infusion, lightlevel, the story, etc etc
-
3 RepliesAs much as I hate to be "that guy" my one complaint would be that pretty much everything we grinded for in year 1 became useless in the big picture.
-
It's 100 times better then HOW was that's all I could've really asked for.

Edited by improv64: 11/10/2015 7:21:30 PMIt was much better than either TDB or HoW and quite frankly rivaled Vanilla in scope and ambition. I quite enjoyed it though of course there's room for improvement. I suppose my biggest gripe is the double RNG on raid drops. First you have to get lucky to get a drop at all, then you have to get lucky again and hope that the drop you get is higher light than whatever is already in that slot.
-
It was better. Exams mean im still not done woth everything
-
1 ReplyOn an irrelevant note, I fount out why your avatar has a blue thingy on it... It's because your on my friends list. Ha!
-
1 ReplyAn improvement would be to add more quests such as the chaperones, and locking up the entire game to those who didn't purchase the taken King is -blam!-ed up.
-
I don't like it cause it still brought back the scrubby raid and trials kids that only want to play with other scrubby kids with emblems that really don't show how skillful you are
-
Y2 is leagues better than Y1, but obviously still has many problems to iron out.
-
1 Replyto improve make timegates quest that can be triggered
-
8 RepliesMoved on to Black Ops 3 :) Do NOT confuse Treyarch with Infinity Ward/SHG.
