At the same time though, imagine the cost of that and the backlash that would result.
People playing from year one will be spending hundreds of dollars for it while say in year five people will be paying less because they only just started.
It makes sense to compact content, and while it would be cool to have everything, it just might not be practical.

Yeah. This is just an idea from a slightly disappointed fan. If it could work, that would be awesome. But if not, then oh well.

I feel like if there was too much to do in a week the casual players would feel alienated even more than they do now with the raids.

Maybe then if we think of each addition as separate from the rest, so that those from year one can get them as they appear, but those coming from year 5 will have to pay for each previous addition (probably at a lower cost, though) to gain access to it. That might work.

Still seems a bit messy to me, but if there would be a way to work it without pissing off the majority of players I'm in.
