Neither cause it all depends on the players and how they work together as a team to shut down other players.
In terms of supers, warlocks would win in the arc subclass because of their range compared to bladedancer and the fist of havoc. Since the hunters have no armor with bladedancer and can kill them b4 they get close same with the titans even if they have headstrong and death from above as they can avoid it with ionic blink. If the react fast enough. After the warlock i say titan as aftermath and shockwave denies hunters from getting to close for a little bit.
In the void subclass definitely the hunters because of shadowshot but this is an iffy one, as blood bound should be equip if one hunter faces multiple opponents to kill them quickly, if not the hunter can face death from those opponents, even though they cannot use their abilites does not mean they cant be shot. If teammates are around then can either use blackhole or quiver to eliminate the threat as it tethers people. The nova bomb may have range but so does shadowshot and if activated fast enough can cancel a nova bomb (and other supers), same with the ward of dawn im assuming (havent heard or seen shadowshot disable a bubble yet.) Next would i would say the warlock, a bubble is good defense from weapons and grenades but not supers as the nova bomb will destroy it and those in it, sometimes a good defense is not always a good offense.
In terms of solar titans win in close, medium and long range with a bonus, area denial, but should be wary of hunters. Hunters do have the golden gun but are limited to 3(up to 4) shots but if i recall the hammer of sol can be used 6-8 times basically doubled and be thrown from distances. Sunsinger and its perks would be basically shut down with the max of 2 hammers, one to kill and the other just in case of fireborn. Next in line the hunter the gg has range n is an insta kill, shots are limited but still valuable.
In the end its up to the players to act together or alone to win and to use their abilties and supers wisely to defeat their opponents as i doubt three teams will all try to use a phalanx formation to kill the othe two teams.
In terms of lore i say titans as titans are shown to be soldiers and from what i remember are the ones who participate in more battles, hunters as scouts who like to work alone and warlocks who are scholars but still pack a punch.
