Quiver was not broken the helmet is broken. It glitches thinking you are using blood born (check the perks they are the same logo with different descriptions) so you shoot 2 shots and you still have super and when you pulled the menu the game registered blood born and a super charge so it gave it all back. They are fixing graviton not quiver. They disabled quiver so people can still use shadestep with say predator or keen scout.

    Alright I wasn't aware that the helmet was the issue. All the talk I had heard pointed to the perk itself. Thanks for the info.

  • Only conclusion is that bungie originally had Graviton with Blood born but they changed it to ShadeStep. Instead of removing the old programming completely they overwrote it with the new program and most likely missed something so tiny it is taking them a while to find and fix.

    Seems reasonable. I still think that having a damage over time instead of three shots would be a bit better though.
