Ddt Get The Back Spindle
Hello there,
Me and a couple of my friends (TheGeovanni & KiiNG PEDRO) went in earlier today for the black spindle quest. We tried it a couple of times with no luck and the last time we downed him and cleared the adds we ddt get it (it was 11:10 Beirouth time and the server had reset) but we were in and started it before the server turned and we felt robbed because that was the last try or else how could we go in to the mission??
I feel this is total bs on destiny's part and i hope something can be done about this.

1 ReplyHello Thrandwil. The daily reset happened about 40 minutes ago. When the reset occurs, all rewards from the previous daily mission are locked. If you are in the daily mission at the time of the reset, you will not receive rewards for that particular mission.

To further explain what Wagsman1 is saying is, think of the reset as timed gate. It's going to close at a specific time, if you're on one side of the gate doing your business (whatever it could be) when it's closing and don't cross over with everything you have (get your business done) then the rewards are locked out (the reset gate closed) Hope this helps.

Once the daily reset occurs, that mission is no longer the daily, and therefore does not give any rewards including the exotic. You cannot enter content before resets and hold onto it indefinitely. Otherwise people would abuse it, and hold onto things like trials and IB by never going to orbit.
