I like to do it the way intended.
-player on each plate kills their own ogre, then their knight.
We done it like this the first 2 times we beat him.
You kind of need kunts to git gud though, otherwise "that's a wipe", becomes the main strategy.
Killing the ogres from the top, then the players on the plates kill their own knights , seems to have worked most times.
Too many teams have trouble stepping into their bombs, at the same time, and someone always dies/no ogre-knight strategy. "The adds killed me,"someone in the front stepped in too early", "there were too many ads", "blah blah".
I'm familiar with all strategies, but the way intended is more rewarding,

If u are stacking bombs, there's such an easy way to clear adds after u stagger Oryx, let them come inside the invincibility aura and have nightstalker tether them for orbs for the team, then count down before grabbing the bombs

Ive done both ways and both are viable strats. I dont understand how anyone can label a strat "the way its intended" ... especially after bungie has acknowledged no knight a good strat. The key to no knight is the dps on top of the sister platforms. If they are to fast then its hell on the runner. Believe it or not there is multiple ways to drop bosses. Let me guess you called cheese on double bubble crota? Get over yourself bro
