After reviewing your clip I have found the answer. The Titan that killed you was a level 38 most likely prior to the match he was a level 37 with his XP/level bar almost full. All he needed to rank up to 38 was a single assist/kill. His teammates got that kill and he leveled up. Every time a player levels up, their super bar is filled and Now that he's leveled up, he has his super very early in the game. Also, please remove the player's tag from your post as it is violating the [b]Code of Conduct[/b] under the [b]Name and Shame[/b] rule. Failure to remove his tag may earn you a ban from the forums and your posts removed.
