Well, given the answers he posted to those of us who disagreed with his stance on certain issues (more around the reasoning of buying TTK rather than the actual feedback suggestions he made), I am not surprised he got the ban hammer. I found some of his responses to be unacceptable considering how he always claimed he was some "beacon of guidance" for the community.

Having butted heads with Sols just recently I can attest to the fact that he doesn't know when to let something go. Yes, he does get trolled, but for some odd reason he feels it necessary to go on the offensive against these people.

It was quite disappointing really as he was one of the few in these forums who was able of fielding an actual discussion, although his frequent inane responses to those who disagreed with his views often led me to wonder how far that skill went. He never would admit that he didn't know about some issue or new revelation that came out. As you stated, it wasn't just that he didn't know when to cease talking with someone, but he didn't know how to either. Telling someone that they're an "fkin idiot" or "dumbazz scrub" is not how you attempt to explain something to someone who is genuinely concerned about the game. The other problem with Sols I found was that he did not look beyond this game out into the gaming industry as a whole. There are those of us who view the business practices in this game as abhorrent and that they will rapidly spread throughout the entire industry if left unchecked or unchallenged by gamers, but yet he used to constantly attack us with simply moronic statements when we would try to bring this to his attention.
