I'm really liking the new Gear Manager. It's really easy to use, and really smooth. I love how I can move around my Gear from different characters and my Vault so smoothly. I also love how I can change the categories to what I want to see. Definitely keep this!!

This new gear manager makes everything work so much faster and smoother. I love it and especially the maximize light button. It's really cool to see all these items appear on the screen and equip on their own. This is the best!!

Absolutely enjoying the new interface.

I agree that its good, and my only complaint is that (for me, at least) some of item tooltips have their titles covered by the filter header.

1 ReplyPerfect addition to Destiny. Wouldn't mind even seeing this as a standalone mobile app.

2 RepliesThis was a pleasant surprise to discover tonight. Defiantly a more streamlined approach to manage gear and transfer items across all characters. Also like the maximum light option which helps cut down on steps to hit your greatest potential. Hopefully some of these updates can be make it into the game itself.

Agreed. I tried using a couple of the other apps out there, but this definitely fits my needs better. Keep up the great work Bungie!

Meh. I've been using Tower Ghost and Destiny Item Manager. Both provide the ability to manage loadouts and have additional useful featutes, and I can run Tower Ghost on my iPad. Nothing much here in Manage Gear that those apps don't already provide... If Bungie sees fit to grow this and make it work as well on mobile as the Companion App I'd use it. Right now it's interesting to play with but no reason to pick it first.

Edited by jalistef: 10/29/2015 1:03:24 PMThank you so much for adding this guys !! Really.. I love it! It's destiny item manager but way better! - The design is clean - The responsiveness of the transfers is amazing (at least the feeling is there even if the API call can be delayed) - The filter option is OP - bonus the Maximize Light feature! I've not use it enough yet to give you bugs or enhancements feedbacks but it's a great surprise to see this !

Edited by Aeon Marine: 10/29/2015 5:16:51 AMI do like this management system a lot. I'd prefer this than the original any day. My only problems with it so far is the frequent inability to access it. A message pops saying "something weird has happened". I find this to be a useful tool to help reorganize everything all at once instead of manually selecting each character. I can't say for everyone but for some people, myself included, can't stand having the vault looking like a deformed LEGO construction.

I really like this it is a lot easier to see what I have and what I need to move around to get the maximum light for my avatars. it is also a great tool to clean up consumable and equipment spaces too. It has a nice streamlined look and a smooth crisp feel when i am using it.

Love this new feature very handy and very professional. However, on my tablet the bottom of the manager doesn't seem to appear correctly. But on the other hand it is fantastic and I can't wait to see it develop. Cheers for letting me test this new feature out.

Edited by Smoothrivers: 10/29/2015 10:57:21 AMAll I've gotten is the crash screen since I acquired the "no time to explain". DIM for Chrome is still better.

1 ReplyThis is what it looks like if anyone is wondering also here is my feedback https://www.bungie.net/en/Forum/Post/168073596/0/0/1

2 RepliesIt's a shame a developer needs to resort to resources outside of the platform their game runs on to provide features that should be in game. I'd understand if this IP was also available on PC, and this was a tool to allow console players equal functionality, but it's not. This is a console game, and should not rely on tools outside of a console to provide functionality that should be in-game.

1 ReplyAll I get is a "something weird" error when I try it... just like when I try to view postmaster with the website (on any of the four different browsers I have). I will say though, that it looks good from the video below, and if there's not a way to split stacks in the gear manager - there definitely should be. Perhaps add a slider for number to move, onto what I assume is right clicks that I saw in the below video.

I am loving this!

Is this just from a computer or can it/will it be available on android?
