I recently posted a comment saying exactly this, I couldnt agree more. I opened about 6 last words, and I did it slowly, after the first three I even vaulted them to my alt, to no avail however being their was only another 3 last words after I decrypted them with my secondary character. This is a major issue, I dont mind the exotic shards but christ almighty, im grinding my ass off I deserve results !

Sucks but it's RNG man. Also asking for a refund on something you didn't buy, but got though a luck drop.. Lol.
