The weekly bounties give about 1300 rep today if you have shader, emblem and class item equipped, after reset in just over 8 hours they will give about 80% of a rank each. If you are decent at PVP you should get them done in 10-15 games apart from the one that requires you to hit rank 4. Do the dailies now before and then again after reset, then hand in the 2 weeklies, hopefully that gets you to 4 (you'll be there or there abouts) and then the final weekly will nearly get you all of the rep you need to go from 4 to 5
