Were you detecting an advantage attributed to your more powerful gear and weapons? Did the experience feel different than standard Crucible combat?

Realy would like to see reforging of IB weopons brought back. Maybe even rerolling the gear as well to better suit your play style. Having the what you see is what you get is not really enticing anyone to play the Iron Banner this time around. This is coming from a player who plays with many who would try to get all three characters to level 5 each IB. I only did one this time around because I did like the pulse rifle.
