If you think about it, players with bad connections not only ruin the gaming experience for themselves, but they also ruin the experience for others. I cannot tell you how many times I've been stuck with teammates who shoot the wall because the enemy was there several seconds earlier. Meanwhile he gets killed and the other team gets a point. Furthermore, they cannot communicate. Every time they talk, their speech is chopped up and they sound like a drunk sheep instead of a human being. Drunken sheep is that last thing I want to hear when I am trying not to die. So please, ban those with bad connections or at least filter them into one dedicated server. Doing this will encourage people to focus on their education in hopes of eventually obtaining a job that will allow them to buy better connections. And since more people will be seeking jobs and getting educations, the economy will improve. You'd be killing 2 birds with one stone.
