Should be a perk that allows you to reload while sprinting. I think it would be pretty unrealistic to be able to run while reloading a rocket launcher.

but you CAN reload a rocket launcher while quadruple jumping, spinning in circles, and falling off a cliff at the same time all-put-together like, literally, you can do that right now, but not while running, WITH A ROCKET LAUNCHER
