Bungie please stop

Dear Bungie, Thank you for creating Destiny. I appreciate a game that I can hop on and connect with friends who now live far away and can enjoy a common interest with them while making new friends in a fun, fulfilling world. That is exactly the point of video games. However, I have noticed some disturbing trends with your practice of "balancing" in this game. While the gun buff/nerf can be talked about until the end of time, my main concern is the attention given to people who complain. While you have a good product, most of the time when people are enjoying something they are enjoying it so much that they do not feel the need to provide feedback. The main source of feedback is, and will always be, negative feedback from unsatisfied participants. The people complaining about "overpowered" supers should really only be listened to in a very cautious manner. These are not your longstanding customers, nor will you be able to retain them after fixing the current thing they have an issue with. It will always be something else. However, should you heed their demands, you will very quickly test the patience of those who would remain otherwise loyal and subscribed to the experience you provide. In other words, if you start rocking the boat because a few want you to turn this way or that way, the majority will find another vessel to meet their needs. I hope you accept my constructive criticism as well-intended as I do really enjoy your product. Please keep in mind the timing and competitiveness of the release of Destiny and your ambitious goal of a ten year gaming experience. We are just a few weeks away from big competition pulling consumers and their wallets in other directions. You have a great game, so do other companies. While your business model makes constant tweaks to the product you sold, it also drives consumers away. The matchup between your game versus other games will always be close. The real battle will be your business model versus that of your competitors. It costs a lot more to attract and bring on new consumers than it does to retain existing ones. Thank you, Dylan
