Giants fall not from external forces, but from rotting on the inside.
EDIT: For those who want the short version.
Bungie big wigs rob Marty of the rights to his own music rights, his proper due payment for his already completed musical work, and they took away his massive amounts of stock in the company since he really is one of the founders of Bungie.
Marty sues the big wigs wanting his music rights back, his stocks, and due payment for his work. HE WINS THE CASE HANDS DOWN EVEN SO MUCH AS HAVING THE COURTS THEMSELVES IN LEGAL SPEAK CALL THE BIGWIGS OF BUNGIE A BUNCH OF ARSEHOLES FOR DOING THIS!
Now the big wigs are trying to make this into something less evil in the eyes of the courts and public image.
DO NOT LET THEM GET AWAY WITH THIS! WE HAVE A COLLECTIVE VOICE THEY LISTEN TOO SO CHEW OUT THESE UNGRATEFUL JERKS!!!!

5 RepliesIt's stated right in the video that this happens practically all the time. I do not excuse Bungie for what they did, but they're playing the game. Marty wasn't exactly in the right either after E3, from what I remember reading he became highly insubordinate. He brought it up to official channels, fine, that's good. But he also apparently acted out on his frustration - that's pretty unprofessional too. Granted we know who the bigger douche here was, but all the blame can't be left with Bungie and Activision no matter how much we love/loved Marty. That being said, voice your opinion, just keep it to what we know and not throw in wild speculations on top of it. P.S. Publishers nearly always have some sort of control. It's ignorant to assume otherwise.
