My answer for the newbie question: I came here for lfg originally. A buddy showed me the app and told me I could find raid people on it. It was a huge step up from phaze. Then a month or two later I had a minor issue with the game, and my buddy directed me to #Help. I posted an was immediately helped by a mentor named Anidien. I browsed through the feed and saw many of the issues were simple connection problems. I answered a few here and there for a while until I lost my job and had alot of free time on my hands. At that point I got much more invested in the community and #Help more specifically. Then from there on, I've been around here constantly. If you need any help feel free to pm me.
