When Halloween rolls around, I want to see the Tower decorated with Spooky things, like spiders and webs. Instead of Ghosts flying around, it would be bats. And it would always nighttime in the Tower for the week before Halloween. During the Holidays, I would love for the big trees to be decorated, and the place would be covered in snow, and it would be snowing, there would be festive music. The city could be bright and cheery as well. Make the Tower a place where I actually care about! Make the Tower a part of the community. We should be able to go to the tower just for the purpose of going there! Please make this real!
