Why is it so damn hard for Bungie to push out patches on PS4? I mean, how many other developers can do this without an issue, yet several times now Bungie's update has forced PS4 users to redownload every.single.f*cking.update. For people with data limits this is absolutely brutal.

I haven't any experiences like OP's with Destiny or any other game, but in my experience PSN is a pain to deal with for any game. Terrible download speeds and long verification times for patches (like this one).
