I'm constantly at 200 marks and buy stuff just to break it down so I'm not completely wasting my time on dailies. The only guns I thought were worth the time were hung jury (which I never use anymore) and Burden of Proof (for PVP). Exotics engrams are also turning into a waste of time to farm too though. Maybe I just grinded too much and now have nothing to do again!

There are other good vendor weps like: Patch A The Villany The Vanity

Will have to check out the 2nd and 3rd, haven't looked at those. Received a number of Patch A and it's awful compared to part crasher or burden of proof. ROF and range are brutal!
