Sleeper Simulant Survey

Well as of 8-11-15 52% of surveyors believe the Sleeper Simulant needs a magazine increase. I personally agree. The SS is a secondary fusion rifle in the heavy weapon slot. Therefore I think any armor based increase to fusion-rifle ammo should also increase the SS ammo reserves.

My Suggestion: Landing richochet shots with this weapon increases the damage for your next magazine. And to help this perk be more useful, have the richochet round bounce up to 10 times, and stay in one pattern Horizontal or Vertical for all bounces, so the bullets don't fly everywhere.

1 ReplyRead text for the weapon: "[i]Subroutine IKELOS: Status=Complete. MIDNIGHT EXIGENT: Status=still in progress[/i] Ikelos was the perk for ricocheting. Maybe they'll be an upgrade for this weapon coming soon to make it even better? Making it the Gally for yr 2?

New perk..... Enemies hit by sleeper simulant shots are stripped of defences leading to reduced damage resistance for a limited time (like melting point). Fits with the idea of it being a laser that penetrates through/breaks an enemies defences/goes straight through them.

Well, I can only speak from experience with the Sleeper Simulant, but if that is anything to go by, the Stimulant should be fairly balanced.
