Lol is it "harder"? I had a 360 and if anything the competition to me felt easier since it's a bigger community. On ps4, all the good kids know each other and play sweaties. I've played in a bunch of competitive leagues and tournaments from call of duty on both systems through gamebattles. The top players for both systems all agreed play station was more challenging.

I wouldn't consider triple wreck an outstanding PvP player, definitely well known but to a lot of us on ps4 he's a little over average. When I was on final boss (OG top PvP clans) we would smack his team in 6v6 sweats and skirms. KD also doesn't mean much, it's just who tries harder against randoms really.
