Pro-Tips for SW:Battlefront Beta

-Hold down on the D-Pad to go into third person. Switch back to first when you go indoors. -Blaster Pistol is best for Drop Zone, and the DRT-12 for Walker Assault. Land head shots and you will be rewarded by the high rate of fire on both blasters. -Don't press Square/X when you overheat. It's easier just to let it wait, and not try to do the active reload shit. -Use kinetic weapons on shielded enemies. (Grenades, recycler rifle, melee attacks.) -Don't be a lone-wolf. Cooperation is key, especially as the Rebels in Walker Assault. -Use charges wisely, and on the objective. Personal Shield is annoying in Drop Zone when reclaiming pods, and Ion Shot can help put that extra damage on the AT-AT's -If you are in an aircraft, don't forget to give support to your team on the ground. Especially as the Rebels on Walker Assault, as you do a considerable amount of damage to the AT-AT. -If you are getting locked on constantly in dogfights, serpentine upwards, do flips and press down on the movement stick to boost, or L1/LB to super-boost in a TIE fighter/intercepter, and shields as an X/A-Wing. -Jump pack has more range if you use it while jumping. -Ion grenades are the best grenades -Projectile speed is significantly lower than in most shooters. Remember this when making long range shots with blasters and the recycler rifle.
As much as I don't want to tell people what's up about my dogfight game. Lower airspeed = tighter turns Pull back on the left stick to slow down, you'll get easy shots on the people trying to go as fast as they can.
LTazer
Save orbital strikes and implosion detonators for when the Y wings bomb the AT-AT. A well placed orbital strike can almost kill one entirely.
Vaellyx
- Use orbital strike on AT-AT to damage like 75% of its health - Don't use the snowspeeders as a fighter - Make sure to use your partner's cards and/or weapon if you don't have any unlocked - If you're gonna bring the Cycler Rifle with you, don't use it as a primary, and always aim for the head Off the top of my head
Sawxfan
Air superiority is key for the Rebels on Walker Assault. If you control the skies, you can put massive damage on the AT-AT's. Also, if you get close to an AT-AT in the snow speeder while the shields are down, you can use the towing cable to tie up its legs like I'm the movie.
PipSqueak Feel free to suggest additions or to challenge the validity of my tips. I'll add/change as needed.
