Nope it's a dead end quest like the touch of malice

Touch of malice isn't dead-end....

Every quest that lead to the malice was a dead end til you unlocked the next part. The quest didn't follow up like a normal quest

I got the Old Hunger quest before the Hunger Pangs quest. They are unrelated in the rewards you get.

Probably going to have to wait till next wed for arms day reset.
