Day one player, I don´t cry about weapon balance, I deal with it, I don´t care about lag compensation, I deal with it, I don´t cry about exploits, cheese whatever, developers make games with mechanics, it is up to us to adapt to them, not cry about them. Having said that, when mechanics that these developers introduce to us are not respected, then I have a problem. I just don´t like when I am looking at something that happened in a multiplayer competitive setup and I just don´t understand what happened. Just look at that video, look I get it, in my screen I finished my sword animation, I should have killed him, but look, lag compensation, bad connections whatever, he killed me with the shotgun, I get it, what I don´t get is how does he die? Nobody gets the kill credit, he dies from nothing. Did we kill each other? Did he kill me and someone killed him? What happened? And the worst part is that if this happened every single time in this game we could say that they have engine/server problems, but when you play Trials of Osiris this doesn´t happen. Yes Lag comp still happens like in every single shooter ever made, but you don´t have people dying out of nowhere (and if you have it is nowhere near the same amount of times as in Regular PvP). And my Question to Bungie is how do you explain to your consumers that we can play good PvP in 3 days of the week (when you actually give us trials) and every single other day you can play this cheap/weak/lagy/inexplicable portion of PvP? You want to make more money with the game you created, go ahead, but then don´t turn to us and offer a bad version of multiplayer for half the week, and a decent one for the remainder., it looks like you are cutting corners and being cheap when you have resources to run circles on pretty much every developer out there.
