From your list, the Saber is my least favorite. The strike itself is not bad, and I really like the boss fight, but that warsat part is just a waste of time.
My least favorite of all is the echo chamber. I like the mechanics you have to use to get into the boss fight, but I hate that boss fight. especially on heroic.

Ohhh, come now. What is here not to like about those one shot hobgoblins on every pillar, or when you think you're almost done and a Hydra appears in a super tight spot you can't run from and the medusa stare happens while the wall is pushing you away from your precious hiding spot all while avoiding the minotaurs and goblins that get piled in? Ah, fun times (not). I'm OK with it on level 36. It's the hobgoblins that tick me off on Heroic more than anything. They have a stupidly good accuracy.

Yeah I put all the strikes that come in the Heroic playlist exluding Echo Chamber since it's exclusive, also there is a max of 7 poll slots so...
