Two hour workouts are way too -blam!-ing long, fam, what sort of routine do you do?

Kind of a customized cardioacceleration regime. Rather than the 1 minute of hard HIIT between sets, I do 10 minutes of lighter HIIT between every other exercise. ~2 hours seemed to hit the nail on the head for weights/cardio/abs 4-5 days a week. I could probably attribute some of my extra lethargy/fatigue to a 20 credit college schedule, but I need a way to overcome it.

Drop that entire bitch-ass routine and start powerlifting for better results. Abs five days a week is absolutely useless, you'll better power your abdominals to pop with 500lb deadlifts for core and a whole lot more, and you won't be wasting cals on simple cal burning exercises and instead will spend them on powering through muscle shredding. Essentially, go big or go home.
