I ordered the Physical Collector's edition. Since I already had the dark below and house of wolves, I expected to give the extra codes to a friend who just started playing vanilla.. However, when I unboxed the thing, it only had one code that redeemed everything. I had to redeem it to be able to get the collector's content. Now I have the dark below and house of wolves redeemed TWICE on the same PSN account.
Is there a way of getting those codes back? Transfer to a friend's account? Get a refund? Getting something else instead?
I don't know if this is a Bungie issue or PSN issue.
PS: I also bought the digital TTK because I wasn't gonna be able to play the entire first week if I waited for the physical edition to arrive (international order). So I also have now two TTKs in my PSN account. I do admit this was my fault for being impatient. But the expansions were unavoidable.

It's neither a Bungie or PSN issue. You just assumed it would come with three codes.

Considering the price of the Collector's Edition, the two DLCs are basically free anyway, so you're not really out any money.

Sadly since you willingly purchased both of the games, you're stuck with them. Bungie isn't going to refund you money just because you don't want one of them. What you could have done is sold the physical copy. Sorry about that.
