Bring it back to how Black Hammer used to be

So, while I realize no one was complaining about Black Hammer's special perk, it broke the game from the Dev's perspective. An essentially infinite ammo legendary to use on bosses? Nonono. Thing is, I think they took the nerf a bit far... Now that it's Exotic as the Black Spindle, I believe the perk should be slightly stronger. My idea is the White Nail perk, when proc'd, should draw two rounds from your reserves and provide one free. This allows a skilled player to extend their ammo supply without making the possibility of infinite ammo. If it were two free and one from reserves, that'd still be pretty broken, but two from reserves and one free seems perfect. I'd appreciate it if anyone who votes also shares their thoughts/bumps this post. Edit: My position is that, since it now takes an Exotic slot and removes our ability to use Zhalo Supercell, Thunderlord, Bad Juju, etc. the perk should be just slightly stronger. This isn't a pressing issue, sure, but I figured I'd bring it up.
