Are you receiving your focused light from the codes in game? Because I'm not

I am receiving my focused lights. I know Bungie is aware of some missing and have stated they are looking into it.

I've tried like 10 codes and red bull said there was nothing more they could do because the codes were valid anyone know of a customer support number for bungie?

And I looked at the FAQ section of the help menu it said go to your profile select codes then select use now next to each one but it doesnt give me the use now option once I'm there
