Bungie are terrible with customer service - update
So like the other topics here, some of which I have commented on, Bungie has taken my money and has not supplied any products (some shirts from their store). Now it seems like it could be an item in the order that is holding it up according to another post but that fact remains the same that my items said they were shipped on the 14th and now it is the 27th and in actuality they have not shipped. All that has happened is a tracking label was created. I've contacted their "customer service" 3 times and have not once received even a canned response. I will be making a new topic every day for a week until I am satisfied with a resolution and after that if I am not satisfied I will be contacting my bank for a refund of the funds and will also be contacting the BBB (even though I feel like they aren't all that helpful)
