Hello The Levens, If you have already worked through the steps in our [url=https://www.bungie.net/en/Support/Troubleshoot?oid=12915]Network Troubleshooting Guide[/url] and [url=https://www.bungie.net/en/Help/Article/12539]cleared your cache[/url], you may want to try contacting your Internet Service Provider to investigate issues that may be affecting the stability of your connection. If you do contact your ISP, please keep in mind that your signal levels change while playing Destiny. For your ISP to get the most accurate analysis of your connection, have them run their troubleshooting checks while you are playing Destiny.
