For the death singer sisters you have to kill them in the story mission. I did it check my grimoire if you don't believe me.

You have to stay underneath and SLOWLY snipe them only one shot every 10-12 seconds or they'll sense you and it'll cause you to have to start over it took me 30-45 minutes solo
