I purchased the Digital Collector's Edition on my Xbox One. While I had originally had access to the Suros Minimalist shader, I don't any longer. It's sitting on my character but I cannot equip it any longer (not sure when this problem started) and get error "Requires Preorder Exclusive".
Also, I never received ANY of my exotic class items. How can I fix this?

Go to the Xbox home screen. Press the menu on destiny and to go game management. Uninstall the Suros Arsenal pack and install it again and that should fix yours. I just did it and it worked

Hey I have the same problem! I can't equip the shader on my alts.

I am still missing the Shader for my Hunter from the TTK Collectors edition (ps4).
