There is none.
Support is only offered via here.
There are various things it could be, without know what you tried I can't even suggest.
What connection do you have? If it's Satellite or Cellphone then chances are it's going to suck regardless (some people have posted no knowing).
Here are some things, with the most obscure ones first since I imagine you tried the common ones already
A) Some ISP-given routers are cheap pieces of tin
Seriously, they give the cheapest ones possible, like cellphone companies used to give free flipphones with contract. Some have fixed the issue by purchasing a better one from an electronic store. So maybe find one at a store with a good return policy.
B) Try changing the DNS settings on your router
Sometimes the ones used by the ISP suck. So many prefer to use Google's. You can Google how to do it, and which numbers are Googles to type in.
C) Enable PNP on your router
D) Disable QOS throttling on your router
E) Enable port forwarding on your router
Destiny's support page has which port numbers to try for each console
F) Satellite connections suck for FPS gaming. Don't bother
You'd think this would be self explanatory, but it's not. A bunch of people didn't know this. I'm not mocking them, they have enough things to worry about if they have to settle on Satellite internet.
G) Cellphones also tend to suck for FPS gaming. Don't bother
H) Stop using WiFi
Use an ethernet cable

Edited by SynxOfficial: 9/25/2015 1:30:14 PMI use a normal router from Telekom; infact i do use Wifi via a Wlan repeater; but i never really had any issues before, talking about year 1; vanilla destiny My download is around 20mbit/s And upload is 3.5mbit/s (via Wlan), i wonder since i do not get disconnected while playing, just get error'd when i leave a fireteam, and i need around 20 minutes (4-6 for loggin in)

Edited by Not My Gamertag: 9/25/2015 1:33:55 PMIt depends on the error Some are about lost packets. WiFi increases that. Repeaters as well. Likewise more devices on your network tend to cause some issue if they're all trickle-accessing the net simultaneously. Throw in a rather low upload rate and it can have issues. It seems that they made changes to netcode with each release (TDB, HoW, and a big one with TTK). So if you were marginal at one point, then a netcode change could have bumped you into the danger zone.

Whats your suggestions then; since i cannot miss the repeater inclusive wifi? id be up for trying to change some connection settings, maybe by doing manual so, since they're setted automatically right now

Edited by Not My Gamertag: 9/25/2015 2:14:18 PMWhy can't you go without wireless + repeater? Are you and a neighbor sharing a connection? I mean, maybe if you mess around with those uPNP + QOS + DNS + Port Forwarding settings it might help (or make things worse). I'd lookup the instruction manual for your router and lookup the Google DNS addresses. That's assuming you have authority to mess with the router at all.
