When I made a new hunter I just got a white screen and nothing happened. Every time i launched that character it wouldn't launch. I tried to fix it but it wouldn't work so I deleted the character. When I tried to make another one it finally worked but the collector's edition items wasn't at the post office, so I deleted that one and made a new one to see if it was there. It wasn't. I can get the dance and the exotic from the collection places but my hunter collector's edition shader is completely gone. is there any way to fix this? Because I think it's pretty stupid that I lost something I paid extra for just because of a bug that made me have to delete my character...
