Any of you know what light level a weapon would need to be currently, to hit 310 after being infused with a 310 spindle?
To be specific, I have a 303 attack Eirene RR4 sniper currently, & wondering if it would jump all the way up to 310 after an infusion?
I'm thinking it would be 309. If anyone has infused a 303 weapon with their spindle already, your input would be much appreciated.

You will get an 80% increase of the difference between the two Iight levels - in your case the difference of 7 will net you an overall rating off 309 (5.6 rounded up to 6).

60% for exotics I think. Dont know if that changes if you try to infuse an exotic with an exotic maybe iTS 80 then.

Thanks - I didn't realise that. I have only used an exotic to infuse a legendary so far. I thought they all followed the 80% principle

Bro I just tested it. Since they are going to nerf it I figured I would lvl ip Some exotics to 300. Invective went from 290 to 297 to 300 Used 2spindles 4th horsmen went to 300 in 1 go. Telesto also needed 2 to get to 300. One jump of 7 and 1 of 3. Guess exotics also have Luck Rolls or somethingr

I infused a 304 with it and it went only to 308.

Exotics follow the 60% rule. 60% of the light difference.
-
Dang.. Thanks for the info!

If they taking it away from us it would be nice to know when. Cos I too will be using mine to infuse summut else.

As far as I know it's not set in stone.

There is Some Luck involved tho, sometimes you seem to get an extr light or 2...no clue why. But most of the time iTS the above. And it seems that if items are within 6light level difference the jump ends up Being equal to the difference for legendary quality gear. No clue if that also is the case for exotics.

Lol. I've gone up more than 30 light in one infusion. :) I think your sources are a tad wonky. ;)

Maybe from low lvl stuff. From 280 and above stuff acts differently.
-
Well yeah, because the highest thing you can get is like 299 without doing a raid. So of course it's going to go up less. It takes 80% of the difference. So if I use something that is 200 attack and infuse it with something that is 300 attack, it will go up to 280. But if I do something that is 280 with something that is 290, it will go up to 288.

Bro not at all true. I've had them go up much higher.
