I was looking at some old clips I put up on YouTube, and one of them happen to be way back when the level cap was 30 and Guardians who had finished everything gathered in the tower to mess around with the Gravity Ball. We ended up getting every Guardian in the Tower in on what we we were doing. One group of players were trying to knock it through the Iron Banner Gate while the others tried to bounce it over the railing and off the map. Turned into a fun sport that trended for awhile when were awaiting the weekly reset. After watching the video it seemed to remind me of Griffball. With the addition of swords in the game, shadow step, and various melee attacks that push objects, who would like to see a Griffball type game in Destiny? However, it's a gravity ball with a ghost trapped in middle bouncing around making hilarious cries on behalf of his treatment. Of course this isn't lore friendly at all, and the game is very serious about it's universe, but we've also wanted Sparrow Racing since the game launched, so I thought I'd pitch this idea in and see what the rest of the community thinks of the idea. Feel free to debate on how it could be done or if it just can't work. Their watching us, who knows; if a topic trends enough and catches the eyes of someone important; you never know what you'll be doing in Destiny next.
