You forgot the one other thing that stops the sunbreaker amd other supers.
Good teamwork.
If you go down to a sunbreaker, let your team know there's one in play. (but foe whatever reason, despite the fact that you get a headset with most consoles these days, players communicating still seems to be an issue)
With that in mind, your team can set up. Sure, he may take one or two more, but with that much fire concentrated on him, he will go down quick. Trust me. I've experienced coordinated firepower as a sunbreaker, enough to make me want to run away.
