"Chest of ___" Chests no longer rewarding Calcified Fragments when opened?
So I'm currently working my way through the quest chain that rewards the "Touch of Malice" Scout and I'm currently grinding out my 45 Calcified Fragments. I'm obtaining the keys for the "Chest of ____" by either using my own Wormsinger rune to summon the ogre, or killing the ogre off of someone else's rune and picking up the Wormfeeder rune. I opened the Chest of Xol earlier today and the Chest of Yuul just now and neither of them rewarded me with a Calcified Fragment. Anyone else having this issue?

Have you gotten the chest by the blind thrall or by the taken consumption? If not, that's two more shards right there.

The chests, no matter how many or which one you open, only award a fragment on the first opening. In other words, not every chest has it's own fragment, just the first one you open.

Pretty certain that only the first chest opened via a wormsinger rune Key on each character will award a calcified fragment. Should be fragment 38. Same for the Skyburner's command code.

I'm with you opened 4 chests on my warlock and never got one but got one first chest on my hunter ... I only need 1 more fragemt in my warlock this is extremely agrivating

1 ReplyHad you previously opened those chests once before? I think you can only get the fragment once per chest per character.
