WARNING: This is not attacking anyone, I'm purely making a point and showing my support for the true Destiny community and the games developers!
Whether it's 60 hours of continuously new content (least likely of the two) or 60 hours of repeated 8-10 hours of content (most likely of the two), it's still content that keeps people playing. That's the point. Destiny is a looter shooter, with elements of an MMORPG, and a competitive, first person shooter, PVP mode. It's made for repetition and tedium. A dollar an hour is a reasonable price range for Destiny, as long as you don't expect 60 hours of fresh new content. I don't expect fresh new content. I've bought the base game ($60) on 360 along with all DLC ($80), so there's $140 right there. And then I bought the legendary edition just the other day on Xbox one, another $60. So I've put $200 dollars into Destiny and I've put 5 days of accumulated play time (120 hours) into it. Which comes out to $1.60 an hour, with even more hours to come, which will even further reduce that price per hour. I'm perfectly content with it. I am in Bungie's target market for this game. If you somehow have an issue with the tedium and repetition behind any looter shooter, or MMORPG, you sadly are not the target market, and don't put blame on Bungie for not making the game perfect for the one and only YOU.
