Dear Support,
I just bought this game for the first time (collector destiny plus taken king and dlc. bought on Ps4 via PS store). I created some characters just to look at the game at this moment there was not a lot of playing time for me. When playing now i decided i did not like the way my characters looked so i deleted them (hunter and titan). I created a new hunter. Looked up on the internet how to get shaders/emblems and class items and realized there was no class package on the postmaster. Also under special deliveries where 3 items. The first item did nothing (was no text or explanation) the level boost is still there i don't dare to touch now and the other collector item (Suros emblem and shader) is there. I really hope the items can be re send as otherwise i just paid a lot of money for nothing.

15 RepliesHi Kaydet, Your Collector's Edition Package was delivered to the Postmaster of one character from each class the first time you logged in to that character after The Taken King was launched on 9/15. Each package is only delivered once per class, not per character. If you deleted the character to which the package was delivered without retrieving it from the Postmaster the package was deleted along with that character. See this help article for more information: https://www.bungie.net/en/Help/Article/12427 You may be able to retrieve some of your Collector's Edition items from the various Collections around the tower, such as the Emblem and Shader Collections near Eva Lavante in Tower North, and the Exotic Armor Collection in the Hall of Guardians (near the Vanguard Mentors). If you wish to request a refund you will need to contact the retailer from which you made your purchase. Bungie cannot provide refunds directly.

1 ReplyBungie fixed the problem!!! The shaders suddenly are in my kiosk. I only didnt get the exotic, but I can buy it from the exotic kiosk because its discovered. Thanks bungie!!!!

3 RepliesAny tips?? Just a quick update. I checked all the collection menus. Emotes are there?? :) . but.. the rest is not. no shaders/emblems and gear.. And just to clarify i did not delete any character that had items on them. I just deleted characters withch apparently should have opened postmaster thing off course at that time i didn't even know such a thing existed.. Plz bungie i would really really appreciate it to get the items i paid for. Thanks again.. hoping for support..

3 RepliesThis is an unacceptable response from Bungie. It basically means that they don't know how to fix the problem technically, so they blame the player base for not following an unwritten guideline... All the characters on your account should have the content for which YOU the customer paid. Everyone experiencing this issue should contact their respective retail and get a refund for the collector's edition content.

Update: I found the club where you can get emotes, all 3 emotes are there. So basically the situation with my warlock is now: -Emotion obtained -exotic. Able to buy for a lot of glimmer and an exotic shard Meh, but obtainable. -shader not in the kiosk, I have no idea how ai get the warlock shader now, please help.

I have the exact same problem, luckely only with a warlock. I am a new player to destiny and deleted my first warlock before getting to the postmaster. I did not know I would only get 1 shot at this and now I went and made a new warlock... no package. So this means all of the CE items for warlock, which I paid for are now completly not available to me? Excluding the exotic which I can get for a load of glimmer and an exotic shard... Which I assume is nearly impossible to get. Bungie... It really is insanely unethical if you don't support new players who pay for extra content, or refund-actie them, or help them get their stuff. I know that if every character gets the stuff ppl Will exploit it, but in this case you can't just let all of these ppl down, because of a beginner mistake.
