Same happpend to me this morning. TTK just released, drank red bull, ready to redeem the quest and xp bonus.... code already redeemed. Sent a picture of tab and can to red bull. Let's see how quickly they respond. I think bungie should work with red bull to determine which players stole codes and if players with legit codes encounter them in the crucible, transfer one of their exotic weapons to the legit player, or give the legit player invincibility against them for the match. I think such a punishment would fit the crime.

Good that your mentality is " I paid 15 dollars for this crappy excuse for an energy drink and my code didnt work! I think i'll take somebody elses hard work! "
-
lol hard work! Its a game, and an RNG one at that. It's good that your mentality is that it's okay to take someone else's code. This would hardly do any harm and at least send a message. Better than an all out ban hammer I think.

Not getting the sarcasm I see...

So I decided to by another can and see if the code worked and luckily it did. Some people are ripping off the codes in protest. It actually made the promotion doubly effective since I bought two cans. To the person who used my code consider it my gift to you ;) cheers

Should of used the sarcasm tags. And that is why sarcasm is such a hard machine learning problem. It's not just a word problem :) . Maybe cayde 6 wouldn't be so funny if we were just reading his dialogue.
