Just give them some time, if they have seen it/payed attention to it, it will take time for them to come up with an official response

Then i replied to that tweet with Reply #1 "@DeeJ_BNG On top of this, many people (me included) are blocked from buying TTK, as we have the previous DLC, but through sub accounts."
